Have you ever stayed in a Manor House?
Sausmarez Manor is the only privately owned historic house open to the public in the Channel Islands that has holiday apartments available. The beautiful listed building has been the Seat of the Seigneur de Sausmarez since 1204 and has has two holiday apartments.
Sausmarez Manor is set in 20 acres of gardens and farmland which house a delightful and difficult Pitch & Putt course, a Subtropical Garden and one of the most established and varied Sculpture Parks in Britain.
The Dower Apartment
(Apartment 1)
The Dower Apartment is on the ground floor of Sausmarez Manor and consists of one double bedroom and one small single bedroom, a hall and passageway, bathroom, dining area, kitchen and a living room with views over the lake and tea garden.

Bookings of 2 weeks or more: discount of £50.
A non-refundable deposit of £200 per week is required at the time of booking, with the remaining balance due 4 weeks prior to arrival. The balance is non-refundable unless we are able to re-let the property, in which case the balance will be refunded minus a 10% handling fee.
Departure
Please ensure that the apartment is vacated by 10:00 AM on your departure day. If you need to store your luggage after check-out, it can be safely kept at the office.
The Top Apartment
(Apartment 2)
This apartment is situated on the top floor of Sausmarez Manor at the back of the house with majestic views over the subtropical woodland gardens, lake and horse paddocks. It consists of one double bedroom and a living room with TV, bathroom and kitchen with included dining area.
